Yes, we are an affiliated property with SDSU! Students who are required to live on for their second year can choose to live at M @ College but would need to complete a Contract Release Request with the Office of Housing Administration at SDSU. Please contact our office for more information.
Rent at M @ College includes access to your fully furnished apartment and all of our amenity spaces. We also have a full-time Maintenance staff, Resident Advisors and Management staff to ensure you are getting all the services you need.
M @ College is all-inclusive! This means that we take care of Trash Services, Sewer, Water, Gas, Premium Cable, and High-Speed Internet. We have a $25 cap per person on Electricity. This should be more than enough as our facility is LEED-certified!
This depends on the floorplan you choose. We offer one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartment types. We also have options available to have a shared room! Call us for details on pricing.
No! Our licensing contracts are for 11.5 months. This means you are welcome to stay in your apartment over holiday breaks. We also encourage our students to stay over the summer and take advantage of all that San Diego has to offer or get ahead with summer classes.
Yes, they are. M @ College includes all the furniture shown in the layout floorplans. The living room includes a couch, chair, coffee table, and entertainment stand. The kitchens include stainless steel energy-efficient refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. In your bedroom, you will have a full or twin-size bed (depending on floorplan), desk, chair, and dresser.
This depends on the type of apartment space you are interested in. In our standard single rooms, you will have a Full XL. In our shared double occupancy rooms, you will have a Twin XL bed.
We do not allow our furry friends to live at M @ College unless they are an emotional support or service animal. Please contact our office for more information.
This depends on how you are applying. If you are not required to live on campus, then we can approve your lease agreement upon completion of the licensing agreement and Guaranty Agreement.

Yes, if you are using financial aid to pay for your room and board you can use this to qualify to live here with a co-signer or Guarantor. You will be asked to provide a letter or terms of the financial aid in order for it to be added to your application.
